Free Adjustments for Life
Buy any bike from Cycle 9 and you can bring it in for a free safety check and adjustments for as long as you own the bike. Adjustments include basic derailleur, shifter and brake adjustment. This is a $25 value on each visit!
Additionally, we offer a free full tune-up in the first year of ownership. This offer will ensure that you have settled into your new bike and that you continue to enjoy it down the road.
Cycle 9 Bonus Program
We know you deserve a bonus as much as anyone, so we have a great bonus program for Cycle 9 customers. You get 10% back on purchases you make at Cycle 9, just like other companies, except it doesn’t cost you anything to be part of our club! All you do is come into the store and sign up. Every purchase you make will be entered onto your very own Bonus Card, which we keep in the store (so you don’t have to worry about remembering it). After you’ve made 6 purchases, your total is added up, and you get 10% off that total towards your next purchase. It’s that easy. And it’s a great way for your to save your hard earned money and support your local economy as well!
Return and Exchange policies
We work hard to find you exactly what you need when you come into our store. But we know that sometimes things just don’t work out exactly as planned. And we don’t want you to be stuck with something that just isn’t right for you.
Returns: Accessories and bicycle components that are unused and uninstalled may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Bicycle components that are used or installed may not be returned. Exceptions to the above policies may be made at the discretion of the staff.
Bikes and hub motor kits can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Motor kits must first be tested and deemed fully functional to receive a full refund. Custom built or specified bikes can be returned or exchanged only with owner approval, and only for store credit.
Items sold on discount or closeout, consumable items and items that are damaged or abused may not be returned.
